Job description
Blueye Robotics has sold over 1250 Blueye ROVs to over 60 different countries. We have clients ranging from fish farmers, marine biologists, law enforcement and construction companies. Ensuring that our customers succeed with their underwater tasks are of top priority.
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to support and guide customers in the use of our underwater drones. Your main tasks will include evaluating the current onboarding of the Blueye products in addition to assisting in resolving hardware-related issues, providing product education and generate feedback from current Blueye users.
In addition to the tasks mentioned above, you'll also contribute to the daily operation of Blueye, which includes:
- Creation of marketing material and content such as videos, pictures, and blog posts
- Manufacturing and shipment of Blueye underwater ROVs
- Field testing of new hardware and software being developed
As an intern, you'll receive guidance and mentoring from Blueye employees throughout the project. You'll work closely with both our technical team and commercial team.
We may also offer part-time employment for students before and after the summer internship on a case-by-case basis.
